The special thing about Lilia's: the strollers are exclusively delivered and also picked up again. When ordering, simply enter the address of your hotel, apartment or Airbnb, choose the desired delivery time and we will be on time at your door. Please note that orders are only possible on the hour.

Please choose the address of your accommodation as the place of delivery and no public space. For security reasons for our employees we only deliver to the lobby or the front door and not directly to the room.

We always do our best to be on time. But city traffic is often difficult to assess. Yet your time is precious to us.
If we are more than 20 minutes late, the delivery costs are on us.

To protect us from theft, a deposit of € 200 is always required while you rent your stroller from us.

The amount is always to be paid directly during the payment process at the time of booking. Once the stroller is returned to us undamaged, you will be refunded your deposit immediately within the next few days.

return

During the order process you can also specify your desired pick-up time. We'll come back to you a second time and pick up the stroller. 

Important: If the delivery and collection addresses differ, please write us a short note about the order.
