How can I rent a stroller or more?

Very uncomplicated. During the order process you simply enter your desired delivery address and the delivery time. We will deliver directly to your hotel, apartment or Airbnb. Please note that bookings are only possible on the hour. 

 

For example, can I pick up or return a stroller myself?

No, I'm afraid not yet. We are currently looking for a nice location in Vienna. 


Do you also deliver to public places?

No, for security reasons we only deliver directly to hotel or residential addresses.


Is night or evening delivery also possible?

Our delivery and pickup service is currently on the road from 10-15. Outside these hours, deliveries are not possible. 

 

Do you deliver directly to the airport?

Not yet. We deliver to all addresses within Vienna.


How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and instant bank transfer. You can pay the deposit online when booking or cash on site.


How can I cancel my booking?

Attention: Cancellation is only possible up to 48 hours before handover. If you cancel at a later date, only the delivery fee is waived and of course there is no deposit.


Can I borrow two pushchairs?

Yes. The deposit must then also be paid twice. However, the delivery costs are only incurred once.


Can I leave Vienna with my pram?

Of course I do. Explore the surroundings. You should only be back in Vienna on the specified return date.
